Phu Quoc - Chau Doc - Phnom Penh - Siem Reap

Day 1: Phu Quoc (Swimming in the South)

At 7:30AM: Pick-up at your hotel, then go on to Bai Vong port, visit the Australian pearl farm on the way to the Southern Island. From Bai Vong port, embark on a fishing boat to Bai Vong archipelago. Dropping the anchor in a quiet bay, you can fish for garrupas and snappers. Lunch will be a special seafood barbecue.

After disembarking, you will drive to the Sao beach to relax on the hammocks. Visit the Ham Ninh fishing village on the way back to the hotel. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 2: Phu Quoc - Chau Doc (Natural forest in the North)

At 7:30AM: Breakfast at the hotel, then drive to the north to discover the primitive forest. We then visit the black peppers plantation at Khu Tuong, then onto sightseeing at Phu Quoc National Park. Then enjoy swimming at the Dai beach. Lunch will be served, before heading back to your hotel. Then you will transfer to Phu Quoc for the speed boat to Rach Gia or Ha Tien. On arrival in Rach Gia, a bus transfer will take you to Chau Doc. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 3: Chau Doc - Phnom Penh

07:00 - Depart from Chau Doc town, transferring to the boat dock. First we take a ride cruising to a local fish farm, where you will be learn about the ways of living and doing business of the floating house people. A Cham minority village is the next place visited, where a weaving workshop is located which produces colorful traditional wears (sarongs and towels).

9:00AM - Join in the tour boat to Phnom Penh. Check in on arrival with the evening free to relax or explore Phnom Penh.

Day 4: Phnom Penh - Siem Reap

At 7:30AM: After breakfast, head to Siem Reap. Check in on arrival and have lunch. Then we will start to visit Prasat Ravan, Banteay Dei, Srah Srang, Ta Prohm, Takeo, Thommanon, Chau Say, Tevoda, and onto one of the Seventh Wonders of the World - the magical temple city of Angkor Wat. You will watch the sunset at Pnom Bakheng, then dinner and overnight stay in Siem Reap.

Day 5: Siem Reap - Phnom Penh

At 5AM: Wake up early to view the sunrise at Angkor Wat, and then transfer to the hotel for breakfast. The same morning you will visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphoun, Terrace of the Elephants, and Terrace of the Leper King. Have lunch then head back to Phnom Penh, for dinner and overnight stay and a free night to do as you wish.

Child discount:

- Under 2 years: Free of Charge
- From 2 to 5 years old: 50% of adult's fare
- From 5 to 12 years: 75% of adult's fare

Cancellation will be charged as follow:

- More than 7 days prior to trip departure: No charge.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 10% charge
- Within 5 days before arrival: 40% charge
- Within 3 days before arrival: 60% charge
- Within 48 hours before arrival: 100% charge

Final payment is due 2 days in advance of the tour.

These payments are due in our office or submitted online 3 days prior to the departure date. If reservations are made less than 2 days prior to departure, payment in full is required at the time of booking. If final payments are not received on time, Mekong Tours may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.

Except if otherwise agreed by Mekong Tours, Client's payment shall be executed by cash, credit card or traveller's cheques. Except for cash payment, a service charge may apply (3% of the card holder). In cases where credit facilities have been agreed with the Client/Agent, payment shall be executed by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Mekong Tours bank account. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to must be paid by the Mekong Tour Client/Agent.

Payment will be settled through our bank account at least 2 days before arrival.

Refund of Unused services

No refunds or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transports or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.

Voucher

Voucher will be issued by Mekong Tours after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email/fax or snail mail to passenger.

Liability and Insurance

Mekong Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Should this occur, we will endeavour to substitute suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tour implies full agreement to above conditions by all parties involved.

Confirmation

All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.
